The Builder will incorporate in the contractual price the following PC Sums which include the material, commissioning, connection, transport, and importation taxes. For all equipment within these allowances, the Builder shall take care of all cabling, proper installation and all support necessary for the technicians involved in the connection and in commissioning activities. If the allowance set for any of these supplies is not used, then the residual amount remaining can be used for other supplies within other equipment categories. The finishing and quality of the interior furniture shall be as reference to M/Y “ARIA S.”:
- Euro 1.800.000 for Interior luxury and crew outfitting (see also note below)
- Euro 230.000 for the Entertainment systems, telephone system, LAN and WIFI Network, CCTV system
- Euro 220.000 for Navigation & communication equipment
- Euro 80.000 for exterior furniture and drapery
- Euro 5.000 for small kitchen appliances
N.B: The fitting out of the interior includes the engineering, fabrication and installation of all interior joinery and woodwork, and the purchase and installation of integrated fixed sofas, fixed salon tables, ceilings, interior dome/robe lighting, lighting in lockers, hardware for doors, inside finish of exterior doors, stairs as far as not part of the ship’s structure, floor coverings, carpets, carpet runners, teak gratings, curtains, electrical roman or Venetian or black-out blinds, upholstery, fabrics, mattresses, foldable fixed, pullman bunks, sanitary and bathroom fixtures and accessories, sinks, gold plating, nature stone, marble, interior rough partitions including fire doors (A-B class), interior sliding doors, floor heating, inter cabin insulation and sound-proofing, dry and cold storages, household appliances, interior painting and varnishing, lacquering, veneers, wheelhouse pilot chairs; Spa, massage, sauna and steamer incl. equipment, interior mock ups and sea fastening and any other part essential for the completion of the interior outfitting.
