ACCOMMODATION
MAIN DECK
Formal entry on starboard amidships.  On this deck, African Anigre hardwood is used for the woodwork.  There is access from this central area aft to main saloon, down to the lower accommodations, up to the bridge deck or forward to the master stateroom.   There is also a day head.  The entire yacht is fully carpeted, except where noted, with plush- padded beige and neutrally colored high-quality carpeting.
Master Stateroom – Located on the main deck forward, full beam.   Entering on starboard through a private study with an outward facing desk and door to the master sleeping area forward.    The stateroom has a king size bed off center to port, ample hanging storage, and seating and relaxation area on starboard.   The master head is forward and has dual sinks, a large central shower and toilet and bidet.  There is a hidden wardrobe forward that allows the owner to lock away personal effects when the yacht is chartering.  Additional wardrobe storage for charter use.
GALLEY:
Aft of the master stateroom and to port is the large commercially fitted galley with seating areas for guest and crew interaction with the chef.   The galley is finished in teak and has a Marble counter island for dining as well as a settee outboard.   Crew access door and accommodations down and forward.  A pantry/prep area allows access to the dining area.
MAIN SALOON / DINING AREA:
The main saloon and dining area open plan and enjoy great visibility out large windows either side.  The large dining table allows comfortable dining for 10 with storage outboard.  The main salon has loose furniture in a comfortable informal setting with cream colored headliner and light teakwood paneling.

AFT DECK
From the main salon, out to the covered aft deck with removable side curtains.   This area has air conditioning and heating.  There is a rounded seating area aft, a wet bar and a built in 55” Samsung TV.  Access up to the bridge deck level or down to the gym/lazarette and swim platform.
LOWER DECK:
Woodwork on this deck is a light Cherrywood.  The lazarette/gym area is aft of the large Engine room.
Guest accommodation include 4 large double staterooms with crew accommodations forward.   NOTE: the current arrangement has one of the King guest cabins converted to a gym.  The original cabinetry is available to convert back to a stateroom with a king with berths.   The 2 aft guest staterooms have athwartships king size beds with one of these cabins now being used as a gym.  They each have a nicely appointed head with dual sinks, a shower (starboard head) and bathtub (port head).  Ample hanging locker storage and ambient light through portlights.  Each cabin has entertainment systems for music, video and AC controls.
The forward 2  port guest cabins have twin berths that can be made into king berths.  Port cabin is currently a gym which can be converted back to having twin berths which will convert to a king or the new owner can add additional bunk beds to create a 4 bunk cabin.  This cabin an ensuite head with shower, toilet and dual sinks.  The forward starboard cabin has twin berths which can be slid together creating a king berth.  The head compartment is forward with shower, toilet and dual sinks.  Importantly, this cabin’s head has a passage through to the crew areas for ease of accessing and servicing the guest cabins by the crew.
Crew accommodations are forward and include a nice settee area, dual washer/dryers, walk-in freezer, cold storage and 3 double crew cabins each with head/shower.
Lazarette acts as a beach club with direct access to the swim platform. There is a day head where all water toys and dive equipment are stored.  This area can also be used as an additional exercise area. The transom opens up and with the large swim platform, this area has the pleasant feeling of an open indoor / outdoor area.
UPPER DECK:
Access up to this deck is from the aft deck or central internal stairway or either side outboard leading to pilothouse.  Woodwork on this deck is a light Cherrywood. The aft bridge deck area is open and used for storing the main 23’ tender.  The entire deck is teaked and once the tender is deployed this area makes into a large open seating area behind the full beam skylounge.   A wet bar, redesigned in 2018l, has seating for 6,  has a dishwasher (2020), refrigerator, wine cooler and ice maker (2020), comfortable sofas and chairs and a  desk to starboard make up the large skylounge, which also has a 65” screen TV and surround sound.
There is a private study/ video room on the port side forward with a leather sofa, desk and a 32” TV / video equipment and surround sound.    By changing out the current sofa with a sleeper sofa, this area could be used as an overflow sleeping cabin. with 32” TV / video equipment and surround sound.
Forward to the pilothouse there is a day head with shower in the central area.  This head can be used by the study/overflow cabin.  The pilothouse has a rounded settee aft and plenty of storage, desk top spaces and a Captain’s office, twin chairs and upgraded controls and communication equipment.  The Captain’s double cabin is aft and to port.  There are wing stations either side of the pilothouse.
Forward of the pilothouse is a Portuguese bridge area with a private and relaxing seating area and 2 tables.  Access forward to bosun’s area and foredeck.
