Painting and Fairing

- Hull bottom approx. 30 mils. bottom coat system , two (2) coats of primer, two (2) coats of barrier & anti-fouling paint
- Topsides primed with two (2) coats of epoxy primer and top coated with two (2) coats of a polyurethane paint system
- Any decks that are not teak will be sprayed w/ a non-skid finis
Metals Construction
- Welded construction in aluminum to MIG and TIG survey standards
- Plating shall be 5086 H116 aluminum
- Stiffeners shall be 5086 H111 or suitable marine grade equivalent
