Meticulously Maintained & Upgraded

The Hinckley Bermuda 40 MK III with it’s classic long overhang, perfectly pitched sheer line, wide side-decks, graceful cabin profile, and distinctive near-vertical transom, has inspired severe lust in the heart of many a cruising sailor. Designed by Bill Tripp, Jr., it is without doubt one of the most attractive sailboats ever conceived. The B-40 is very robustly constructed by the Hinckley Company that also boasts outstanding finish quality and superb joiner work and fitted with many components manufactured to their own exacting standards. The B-40 is an excellent vessel that serves as both coastal or bluewater cruiser and is excellent in shoal-water grounds such as Chesapeake Bay or the Florida Keys and the Bahamas. She is a go anywhere boat in style and grace, and always among if not the prettiest boat in the harbor. She is for sale from her second owner. Recent extensive restoration makes her “A Must See”.
