His expertise extends deeply into the superyacht industry, where he has many years working on new construction superyacht projects across Europe and the USA, blending his strategic vision and deal-making skills with his German engineering background to meet the highest standards of his clients. Samuel's background in technology, finance, real estate, hospitality, and design further enriches his ability to offer comprehensive insights and tailored approaches and strategies to building new construction superyachts.. Previously, Samuel co-founded and sold two marketing businesses in Latin America, served as a management consultant with Bain & Company, and worked as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. He also held senior executive roles at NASDAQ-listed companies such as Web.com and Sonder. An active startup investor, Samuel has supported numerous startups and nonprofits across marketing, technology, blockchain, AI, and other sectors. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School, an engineering degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and a major in Finance & Economics from the University of Sydney. Samuel is fluent in German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and has a basic understanding of French and Swedish.
