Yachts New to the Market
With a recent refit in 2020, including full Maltese commercial coding, rig service and an interior refit, the stunning sloop ELTON is ready for a new owner. She is 31.7m (104′) and is built by WINDSHIP YACHTS in 1992. She was listed on YATCO BOSS last week with Jack Gradus at Ocean Independence – Switzerland and available at $1,426,924 USD EST (€1,250,000 EUR) in Grenada.
The second largest yacht added to YATCO BOSS for sale last week was the GRP-hulled, 44.6m (146′ 4″), motor yacht build by AB YACHTS in 2016 called FAST & FURIOUS. She is listed by Annalisa Mastella at Royal Yacht International and available for viewing in La Valletta, Malta.
An interesting new addition to the YATCO BOSS catamaran yacht fleet last week is the 23.96m (78′ 8″) KOKOMO. She was built by SUNREEF in 2021 and features an interior and exterior design by SUNREEF as well. Priced at $6,900,000 USD and available for viewing in Miami, Florida, United States. Her listing agent is Gabriele Modica Ragusa at Northrop & Johnson.
Owned by a knowledgeable yachtsman, BEACH TO BEACH is a very well maintained and consistently updated motor yacht. She is in excellent condition, cosmetically and mechanically. Built by MARLOW in 2008 with a LOA of 82′ 10″ (25.25m), she was added to the YATCO BOSS for sale market last week by Bill Thomas at Marlow Marine Sales. She is in Fort Myers, Florida and is available at $2,575,000 USD.
LIARA is a 34.14m (112′), sloop sailing yacht built by BALTIC in 2019. She sails under a Guernsey flag and features an innovative interior design by Adam Lay Studio. She is one of the lightest Baltic projects delivered in her size range and was designed as a multi-purpose world cruiser as well as very capable racing yacht. She was added to the YATCO BOSS for sale market last week with Georges Bourgoignie at Fraser Yachts – Ft.Lauderdale.
