8 berths in 4 cabins. American White Oak interior joinery. Sculpted fiddles and grabrails, shadow-gap joints between joinery panels. Teak sole with gloss varnish finish. Alcantara upholstery, including headboards and berth surrounds. Oceanair fly screens on all hatches and portholes. All hanging lockers cedar lined.
Saloon: When first entering the yacht from the cockpit, 5 steps down you arrive at the raised navigation station to starboard.
Facing aft from this first raised level is the companionway leading to guest cabin, machinery room and owner’s cabin.
Double guest or crew cabin is aft to starboard off companionway with upper and lower berth, hanging locker and drawer storage.
Day head is located immediately aft of the raised navigation area with shower and toilet, with holding tank behind cupboard.
The machinery room is opposite the day head containing generator, watermaker, compressors and machinery.
Facing forward, two steps down bring you to the main living area, dining area and galley.
Galley is aft to port. Force 10 four burner cooker with extractor fan, gas solenoid and alarm outboard, deep SS sink inboard with hose-type faucet nozzle and soap dispenser, and storage above and below the Avonite flat slab counter tops. Oak hardwood chopping board fitted into counter. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Isotherm freezer drawer. Custom stainless steel refrigerator/ freezer by Frigoboat. Dedicated drinking water faucet with charcoal filter.
Glass locker and bottle storage. Opposite to starboard is the dining area with burled oak tabletop. Storage for spares, ships stores and systems is under and behind the seating in the saloon. Cruisair reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
Double lower berth guest stateroom is forward to starboard with a vanity unit and hanging locker. Below the berth is a full sized chart storage drawer. En suite head wash basin, electric toilet and separate shower stall.

Crew cabin is opposite to port with upper and lower berths and hanging locker. En suite head washbasin, electric toilet and shower.
Forepeak: Sail-locker stowage in a watertight crash proof bulkhead compartment, accessed via its own hatch. 3 holding tanks are located in this area along with access to the bow thruster.
Aft cabin: The owner’s stateroom features a king-sized island berth offset to port. Clothes storage is below in four drawers.
A spacious en suite head is forward to port with a stall shower and electric toilet.Opposite the berth to starboard is a desk and dressing table. Additionally there are several lockers and drawers for clothes storage. Between the desk and the berth is the private companionway ladder leading to the aft deck with a sliding hatch and designated spray hood.
Numerous hatches and opening ports in both the coach roof and hull provide natural ventilation throughout the interior of COLUMBO BREEZE.

The cockpit is split into separate steering and guest / crew areas. Both cockpits have a clear central walk- way between wheels, giving excellent access from the companionway to the helm positions or to the aft deck.
Stern bathing/boarding platform finished with teak slats and hot and cold shower. Stainless arch carries communication domes.
Liferaft stowage in foredeck recess, with custom fibreglass and teak liferaft cover.
Steering is by Whitlock rod, with twin remote pedestals, each incorporating a 90cm (36”) diameter destroyer type, quick release, stainless steel wheel. Leather cover on steering wheels and partial spokes. Emergency tiller steering. Interior of American White Oak.

COLUMBO BREEZE, ex Sundowner, is one of the very few shoal draft versions of this ever popular series built. Her original owner specified many many extras over the standard Oyster scope of supply and her second owner has greatly improved the yacht from a mechanical and updated equipment standpoint. She has always benefited from a full time crew and is only offered by her second owner as he has purchased a much larger sailing yacht.
