    Remarks

It is unusual indeed to find an original owner of a 28 year old vessel! And there is a reason - and Burger did it right!! In keeping with the open checkbook approach to maintain the Laid Back, a massive refit was undertaken in 2008. A list of the most significant improvements is included herein. This unique vessel, with her classic lines and most capable sea keeping abilities is on market for very 1st time & presents a rare opportunity to acquire a yacht that is turnkey.
