BEAUGESTE was the last yacht delivered from the Brooke Marine shipyard in Lowestoft, U.K. Throughout the mid to late 1980’s Brooke produce eight yachts mostly in the 50m - 60m size range, all of which were designed by the late Jon Bannenberg. Many of the yachts were industry award winners.
BEAUGESTE was built as BEAUPRE (Jon’s wife’s name) as his personal yacht in which he had ownership from her launch in 1989 up to her sale in 1993. The buyer has used the yacht privately for the past 23 years and has maintained the yacht in “Like New” condition with a crew of 6.
BEAUGESTE is a four stateroom yacht on multi levels finished in exquisite woods and stonework with two distinct dining areas and three outside sunning areas.
Make no mistake, it is not just her styling which sets BEAUGESTE apart, for Bannenberg and Ron Holland who handled the naval architecture, have created a sailing yacht with motoryacht spaces and performance —— a hybrid with very little compromise.
