Vessel Walk Through

Sleeps eight in four staterooms with three heads plus two on the convertible settee in the main salon.  The headroom throughout is approximately 6’6”.  The upper level of this yacht is divided into four sections.  The enclosed pilothouse features a bright finished parquet teak sole, a forward facing riding bench style seat. Full instrumentation and electronics, sliding doors on both the port & starboard of the pilothouse. Guests can enjoy the natural light afforded by the large side window and delight in the close proximity to the galley.  Directly across, the U-shaped galley is both spacious and functional and suitable for a dinette. Abundant countertop space, plenty of drawer and cabinet storage. A modification of the non-weight bearing bulkhead that separates the galley and main salon features a sizable pass through and opens up the entire space. The full-width main salon is located aft of the galley.  Forward to port, there is space for a dining table.  Directly opposite to starboard, is the TV/AV entertainment center coupled with a wetbar with icemaker.  An overstuffed arm chair and love seat are situated opposite an L-shaped convertible settee along the port bulkhead.  The salon, with its classic woods, natural light and overall refinement provides the perfect ambiance for either casual or formal dining. There are beautiful shutter style blinds throughout main salon.

The aft deck is accessed through a pair of swing doors.  This covered deck is utilized for line handling and entertaining and provides the ideal location to mount a barbeque.  Access to the large swim platform is through an opening gate and down a stainless steel ladder.

Below deck, all the way forward, is a guest stateroom with starboard side upper and lower berths.  This stateroom offers a large hanging locker, two opening ports and a large hatch to provide light and fresh air.  The head features a sink, full width mirrored medicine cabinet, beautiful teak cabinets under, faucet and overhead lighting.  Moving aft and up three steps is the custom foyer/study with bookcase, desk and wood cabinets.  This area is richly appointed and well lit.  The generator/utility room is found beneath the sole and is accessed via a large power-assisted lift up hatch.  Across to port is a large pantry. A large floor to ceiling cabinet with sturdy roll-out high capacity drawers is located on the aft bulkhead for dry goods.  Built-in storage for spare parts bins are located outboard along the port side bulkhead.  There is a large walk-in locker in the forward area of the pantry ideal for hanging lines, fenders, rode, etc.

Aft and down three steps you have accessed the companionway leading to the VIP and master staterooms. Immediately to starboard is the built-in and stacked Bosch Axiss washer and separate dryer.  Aft, and on the same bulkhead is a large linen closet, followed by the VIP head.  The head features countertop sink, full width mirrored medicine cabinet, beautiful teak cabinets and overhead lighting.  The VIP stateroom is located on the port side of the companionway, opposite the VIP head.  Two twin berths are set port and starboard.  There is ample drawer storage beneath each bunk, as well as a large hanging locker with a full length mirror, two drawers beneath both.  All of the bulkheads are teak and match the overall interior of the yacht.  Two opening ports allow light and air into the cabin.

Continuing aft past the engine rooms, is the full beam Master stateroom with a tapered Queen berth and ensuite head.  Immediately to port is a large walk-in closet with shelving, hanging poles and shoe storage.  The queen berth is located on centerline, with large built-in drawer storage outboard to port and to starboard.  A large mirrored dressing table is set to port.  The master head has a sink, medicine chest and teak cabinets.  There is also a large tub/shower and Vacu- Flush head.  Six large opening ports make this stateroom bright and airy.

We are currently doing the research in an attempt to validate engine histories and hours of usage. The meters are currently reading total hours as Port: 910 and Starboard 3327. Both engines run extremely well with no hesitation in starting and no smoke at start up. No lag and no over heat issues. Engines seem to run to manufacturer spec across the board subject to verification of course. The seller has boxes of paperwork which we will be going through in an attempt to establish a paper trail for the maintenance.
