Three staterooms and 3 heads, could allow for separate crew quarters, real privacy with Master and VIP at opposite ends of the boat, or three cabins for sleeping family in separate cabins.


This Yacht has the preferred 3 stateroom layout, therefore it sleeps 6 in cabins.

Additional temporary accommodation could be improvised for an occasional over-nighter on the sofa, aft deck and even the flybridge areas.

The Master is aft with ensuite bath and separate shower stall. One opening port is over-sized to act as an escape exit. The headroom is 6' 6" and the decor is basically neutral thorughout the boat.

There is a walkaround queen bed in the Master, with ample lockers and walk-in cedar closet, and cabinetry for storage. 

The VIP is forward and also has a walkaround queen bed. The private ensuite head also has a separate shower stall. Plenty of storage with hanging locker and drawers for personal items. Overhead hatch can allow in fresh air and light, if desired.

The 3rd Stateroom has upper & lower berths. Bunks are wide and spaced to be comfortable. Uncommon, is that even this cabin has a separate head with separate shower stall. Many folks that do not need a third cabin love it as a huge storage area.

The Galley is open-aired and down four steps from the Salon. There is a large open-aired dinette across from the Galley. These features allow for the chef to engage with the other folks in the Salon, without feeling removed from the socializing. Also makes for a larger feeling with space abounding in light. In the accommodations area, there is a washer & dryer behind a full length door.

The Salon follows the Galley aft. Surrounded by large windows, the light streams in. Blinds can be used to close it off. 

Barrel chair NS ottoman on starboard and built in flat screen TV with AV equipment, installed.

Headroom is minimum 6' 6" and 9' in the Galley & Dinette areas.

The Aft Deck is up about 4 stairs from the aft end of the Salon. Huge space with hardtop and enclosure. L-shaped sofa arrangement on port side with mahogany, folding leaf table and additional chairs. Twin wing doors to close off the area from the walkaround side decks. Sliding glass windows on the sides.

Forward, a wet bar, refrigerator with ice maker and cabinets for storage, both above and below. This entire area is Air-Conditioned & heated. 

Headroom is minimum 6'7'. Opening door on transom allows for access to the Cockpit area. Up 4 stairs to the Wheel house / Helm area. **

This Aft Deck is where life happens on this boat.

Cockpit area is aft. Down few steps from the Aft Deck into a cockpit with hot & cold shower, room for a couple of chairs. Access to swim platform and swim ladder. If you enjoy water sports, a cockpit is a must. It also makes for easier docking and line handling.

One of the hidden benefits of a cockpit is that loading and provisioning becomes an easy task. Boarding and disembarking is a simple act for young and old.

Up three steps from the Aft Deck is the Wheel House. An L-shaped settee is on the portside and dual helm seats face the control panel. Plenty of secured space while underway in less than desirable weather and can be opened for relaxation and entertaining.

Engine room is accessed by lifting the stairs from the Galley to the Salon.
