Vessel Walkthrough

Entering the spacious salon, a large L-shaped sofa is to port with a coffee table and two easy chairs, entertainment console to starboard. The windows have mini-blinds. Note that the entire interior is paneled in rich, dark oakwood. “Praia” was recently re-carpeted with a beige pile carpet, new drapery and bedspreads. Moving to starboard and forward is a galley, then a twin-bunk guest stateroom with a private bath and a master stateroom forward with a centerline queen bed and private bath.

The galley is down and features an L-shaped mica countertop with teak parquet flooring.

This fine 46’ Bertram Mark III model (restyled interior and centerline queen forward) has been lovingly cared for by an original and second owner. Her gelcoat gleams as new and all systems work well. Note the engines were tuned up approximately 50 hours ago and the genset was upgraded to a Northern Lights 12kw model with a soundshield. An 11’ Boston Whaler complements the boat. Renovated interior soft goods including carpet, drapes and shams.  The 46’ Bertram has always been a classic design for a sportfisher and is a proven seakeeper. Savvy buyers recognize that the best boats are the ones that have been well-cared for…”Praia” is sure to impress even the fussiest buyers.
