Brokers Remarks

THE BAILEY PRIDE (Offered by her third owner) is a very well equipped custom 61' Hatteras that has been recently upgraded and always enjoyed good care.  Since 1999 she has spent most of her  life being used seasonally in fresh water (Great Lakes & Potomac River) and shows very well.  With her totally custom aft deck, peeled and epoxy barrier coated bottom, and freshly updated interior she should be on the top of any Hatteras 61' buyers list.  Her owners have been living aboard while working in Washington, DC and have decided it's time to move ashore and start a family.  She has been priced well and is ready to be sold.
