Interior Construction

Book-matched quartered teak interior cabinetry throughout. All cabinet fronts are lightweight Tricel honeycomb panels with curved fronts to be vacuum bag laminated Tricel honeycomb. Valance vents, berth fiddles, and detail trim moldings are solid teak. Lightweight granite countertops with solid teak edge moldings, throughout.

Main Salon

A large “U” shaped sofa covered in designer upholstery is located to port as you enter through the teak, electric sliding salon doorway.  The hinged back sofa seating areas offer rod and reel storage below. A custom Release Marine salon table is positioned within the sofa area which converts to a dining table for six guests. Beyond the Amtico flooring threshold, off-white carpet contrasts perfectly with the rich vertical grain teak cabinetry and solid teak & valances moldings. 

The starboard side of the salon features a row of teak cabinets which houses the 75” Samsung Flatscreen television, which lifts from its custom concealed mounting. The row of starboard side cabinetry also houses the main electrical service panel. A fully appointed day head is positioned to starboard as you enter the salon from the cockpit. The remote controlled windows treatments are mounted behind solid teak valances which also serve to hide the air conditioning discharge vents. 


The elevated galley is to port with a peninsula that serves as both a counter top working space and home for the three, two drawer KitchenAid undercounter refrigerator and freezer units.   The forward area of the galley features a large stainless steel sink with Grohe faucet and garbage disposal as well as a four-burner, recessed, ceramic cooktop. There is storage above and below the granite counter tops with a convection microwave oven and coffee maker concealed behind the teak cabinetry above.  Flooring is a matte finish Amtico.  The galley peninsula features a lift-up bar area with accent lighting. Two walk in butler pantries are positioned forward, the port side designed for tackle storage with the starboard side featuring a Scotsman ice maker, Scotsman wine cooler, and additional storage.


An elevated curved sofa with seating for five surrounds a custom teak dinette table. Storage is available beneath the sofa base and within the table pedestal. A deep rod locker drawer, with actuator assist, is concealed within the dinette base.   


The signature F&S curved companionway features Amtico flooring, teak border steps, Whisper wall panels from floor to ceiling, below deck bilge access, a linen closet with electrical sub panel, stacked washer & dryer, and LED recessed lighting.

Master Stateroom (Full Beam)

Access to the master suite is from the starboard side of the curved companionway. The stateroom is highlighted by a walk around California King berth with custom pillow-top innerspring mattress, rich vertical grain teak cabinetry, a vanity & work station area with swing out stainless steel stool,  deck to ceiling cedar lined closets & drawer storage, cedar lined under berth storage with owner’s safe, LED lighting, blue accent lighting, two unit dedicated reverse cycle air conditioning system, starboard side settee, True brand drink refrigerator, two concealed gun storage areas, designer fabrics, and plush carpeting. A 75” Samsung flatscreen TV is mounted on the aft stateroom bulkhead.

Master Head & Shower

The spacious ensuite head & shower area features Amtico flooring, granite vanity tops with large undermount sink, mirrored medicine cabinet & backsplash areas, a large walk in shower stall with bench seat and deck-to-ceiling glass bulkhead, Grohe fixtures with rain shower head, Techma fresh water toilet, teak cabinetry and moldings, and designer wallpaper.

VIP Stateroom (Forward)

The VIP stateroom features a centerline Queen size berth with a custom pillow-top innerspring mattress, teak upper hullside storage cabinets, under berth cedar lined storage, cedar lined hanging locker, drawer storage, and an ensuite private head & shower. Vertical grain teak cabinetry with solid wood moldings, accent lighting, and padded hullside panels give the forward cabin a very warm and rich feel. Like all staterooms aboard, the forward stateroom has a dedicated air conditioning system. A Bomar deck hatch is positioned on centerline over the stateroom entrance. The aft starboard bulkhead houses a Samsung Flatscreen TV.

VIP Head & Shower

The private ensuite head features Amtico flooring, granite top vanity, mirrored medicine cabinet, large walk in shower stall, Techma fresh water toilet, teak cabinetry and moldings, and designer wallpaper.

Guest Stateroom (Midship Port)

A unique side-by-side berth midship stateroom which allows the two individual single berths to slide together to create a large single berth when needed. The cabin has an ensuite head & shower, Teak bunk rails, plush carpeting, a cedar lined hanging locker with drawer storage below, a Samsung TV, and a dedicated air conditioning system.

Crew Head (Midship Starboard)

This head is accessible from the starboard crew stateroom.  It features a large shower stall, granite countertop and backsplash, a mirrored medicine cabinet, Amtico flooring, Teak moldings, and a Techma fresh water toilet.

Exterior Construction

F&S utilizes a composite, cold molded with epoxy resin, construction method strengthened with fiberglass and Kevlar.  All stringers, shear, chines, and keel are constructed of clear vertical grain Douglas fir. Topsides from the shear up are constructed of Corecell structural foam and biaxial fiberglass cloth. The complete exterior is finished with Awlcraft 2000 top coat. Foredeck is finished with non-skid. All bright work, including faux teak transom, toe rail and house trim is finished with clear coat.


With air conditioned discharge vents in the bridge overhang, sofa style mezzanine seating, two 19” KEP monitors (fully networked) and a stainless steel lined drink box, the anglers fishing aboard the BLUE TIME have little reason to leave the cockpit. The cockpit was designed with both comfort and serious sport fishing in mind. Features include a teak deck, teak covering boards, and rolled teak coaming.  The custom Release Marine fighting chair has an offset 4” stanchion, adjustable footrest, custom 8-holder rocket launcher, storage drawer, seat & back cushions, and a custom chair cover. 

Concealed beneath the mezzanine deck is a large freezer, bait cooler, drink box, and ice chipper discharge bin, all lined with stainless steel. Additional fishing appointments include a portside teak tackle drawers, a large partitioned transom fishbox with custom pressurized baitwell system & tuna removable tubes, on deck baitwell manifold system, sliding side door gaff & mop storage, tuna door, flush mount rod holders in the cover boards, fresh & saltwater washdown aprons, recessed exterior lighting, dual 50 amp Shorepower inlets, self-draining cockpit with custom plates, stainless steel corner hawse pipes, two 24 volt electric reel outlets, Freeman watertight lazarette hatch, and (6) underwater lights in the transom & hull bottom. A stainless steel electric BBQ grill is mounted under the starboard mezzanine seat, cleaning supplies are close at hand, in a lift up storage console under the mezzanine step. A Stamoid cover protects the cockpit while at the dock.  


Access to the fly bridge is provided by a curved ladder on the starboard side of the cockpit mezzanine. The bridge layout consists of an island helm console with an integrated teak pod on centerline which houses the polished stainless steel steering wheel and single lever controls. Three Trillion Release Marine, helm chairs with foot rests, removable cushions and 4” polished stainless steel pedestals are positioned across the aft deck. The deck finish is applied non-skid.

The helm console features flush mounted electronics behind lift-up Plexiglas panels, a 24 Volt sub panel, Fireboy system monitor and manual discharge station, Rupp hydraulic outrigger controls, FCI Watermaker control, fuel & water tank monitoring system, and MTU emergency backup controls. The main 12 Volt and 24 Volt bridge electrical panels are located inside the helm console.  A drop down electronics box, with a carbon fiber surround, is positioned above and slightly forward of the operator station.     

Bridge guest seating is provided port and starboard bench seats, with storage below, and individual aft facing jump seats on each side. Lounge style seating forward of the console offers both freezer and forward drink box. The helm is surrounded by a custom three-sided enclosure utilizing Costa-Clear see thru vinyl with white Stamoid binding.  Bordering the aft portion of the bridge is a welded aluminum belly band with rod holders. Covering the helm area is a cored fiberglass hardtop housing recessed electric teaser reels and multi-function lighting. 

Tuna Tower

The BLUE TIME is fitted with a full heavy gauge aluminum tuna tower by Palm Beach Towers. The tower features a molded fiberglass hardtop, standing platform, and buggy top. Five LED spreader lights are molded into the underside of the tower standing platform. LED navigation lights are flush mounted in the hard top, on the underside of the tower helm console, and on top of the buggy top.

The upper control station has blacked-out (dark blue) metal work to reduce glare, padded backrest, black stainless steel steering wheel, MTU single lever engine controls, Icom Command Mic port, bow thruster joy stick, a Ritchie flush mounted compass, and overhead flush-mounted lights. The port side of tower helm station features a Garmin 12” GPSMAP multi-function display, full engine displays, engine stop buttons, and a horn activation button. The face of the upper station and surrounding framework is painted dark blue to reduce glare. Mounted to the forward section of the standing platform is a locker containing a freshwater washdown apron. A dual trumpet horn is mounted to the starboard side of the helm station.  Rupp hydraulic, four-spreader, aluminum outriggers are mounted to the tower structure, bridge wings, and gunwales. A Rupp center outrigger pole is mounted on the underside of the tower standing platform. The upper control station is fitted with custom cover to protect the helm when not underway.

Engine Room / Mechanical Equipment

Main engines aboard the BLUE TIME are a pair of MTU 16V2000-M94s delivering 2,600 HP each. The engines feature the optional MTU chrome accent package, and block heaters. Entrance to the engine room is through a concealed lift-up hatch on the mezzanine deck. Mechanical spaces, bilges, and engine beds are faired and painted with Awlgrip paint to make maintenance and clean up very easy.  

The pair of Onan 32 KW generators are mounted near the aft bulkhead. In addition to an extensive list of standard mechanical equipment, the engine room is home to many optional systems added to enhance long range cruising and offshore fishing capabilities of the vessel. These systems include a SeaKeeper Model 26000 gyro stabilizer mounted on centerline, dual Racor fuel filters,  a Reverso fuel cleaning system,  FCI 1800 GPD Watermaker, Eskimo E600 ice maker, Reverso oil change system, trolling valves, AGM batteries, raw water supply and discharge manifold system, redundant raw water pump, redundant fuel transfer pump, Snap-On tool chest, engine room cameras, custom wet vacuum system, air intake/discharge ventilation,  SeaStar hydraulic power-assist steering, Bennett recessed trim tabs, redundant Headhunter Mach-5 freshwater pumps, and a hydraulic  bow thruster and windlass system.

The BLUE TIME features a custom painted faux teak finish by Overboard Art on her transom, toe rail, and house trim molding.
