STERLING V underwent an extensive $800,000 interior refit in 2013. All soft goods were replaced including and not limited to cushions, carpet, blinds, and wall coverings. Teak decks added, exterior TV’s and all AV equipment were updated. Galley was completely refinished. Teak decking was added on the flybridge and replaced in the cockpit. Originally commissioned for a repeat Hargrave customer. She boasts several key features that only a first-hand custom boat client would think to add. One of which being the largest master stateroom ever in this size Hargrave.

STERLING V is in better than new condition with very low hours, a must see yacht.

Entering from the swim step onto the large teak cockpit with access to the lazarette and engine room or upstairs to the aft deck. The Aft deck features teak sole, large mahogany varnished table and seating for 8 guests. To port is the TV and wet bar, and starboard staircase leading to the flybridge or two curved staircases which feature access down to the cockpit.

Moving forward on the main deck aft through the electric glass sliding salon doors, inside to port side features and L-shaped sofa with chaise and glass coffee table. To starboard are 2 oversized sitting chairs w/ glass table. Her interior volume is boasted by her wide full beam salon. The neutral tones are enhanced with cherry joinery. Large windows allow natural light and viewing of your surroundings. The forward section of the salon features the formal dining for seating up to 8 guests. In the starboard hall is a day head, beyond that a staircase is located just forward of that a stair case leads down to the guest staterooms or up to the raised pilothouse.

The galley is situated furthest forward and has a signature of Hargrave “country kitchen” with a large breakfast dining banquet facing aft. Starboard forward side of the country kitchen is access to the crew quarters via a private staircase which includes a captain’s cabin with full berth and a separate bunk cabin for 2 crew members.

From the starboard side main deck foyer are the stairs leading down to the full-beam master stateroom, which features custom settee, two walk-in closets, ample drawer storage including a centerline king berth. The master stateroom is one of the highlights, similar in size to staterooms found on yachts over 130’! There are separate his and hers heads and wash basins with a center line shower. The guest VIP and Twin staterooms include en-suite head and shower.

The raised pilothouse offers the captain a choice of helms for navigating the vessel fitted with two leather covered Stidd helm chairs. Equipment here is up to date.

The flybridge includes large settees and a center positioned full service bar area with stools. Aft of the U-shaped settee on port is a sunbed. Three Stidd helm chairs accommodate Captain and guests while giving the Captain an excellent vantage point to navigate easily. There is a custom removable enclosure around the front of the flybridge which ensures comfort when under way. The forward half of the sundeck is protected by a hard top, the aft half is open or has a removable sunshade that can be put in place. There is a BBQ grill and tender storage aft with crane on the portside.

The Aft deck has a custom teak dining table, built-in bench seating and a complete set of Frontgate wicker chairs can comfortably seat 8 guests. To port forward below a high gloss buffet is a hidden drinks refrigerator. Port and starboard aft are steps wind down to the cockpit and entrance to the lazarette and engine room. There is access to the flybridge by steps on the starboard side forward. The main salon is entered through a large electrically operated glass sliding door. On the port side above the service bar is a 40” Samsung TV.

Entering the salon through the automatic sliding doors you will immediately be drawn to soft textures blended with interesting angles. Seating is found in a large sofa that is set beneath picture windows. Additional Barcelona armchairs allow guests to relax. Built-in cabinets provide ample storage and display spaces. The forward dining space is an extension of the main salon area. On the port side aft corner of the salon is a 60” Samsung TV.

STERLING V, offers enough space with a formal dining table in an informal setting. The rectangular table seats eight comfortably. Forward a mirrored and marble clad buffet is ideal for white glove service or buffet serviced. Concealed storage, refrigerator, separate ice maker and a ULine Wine Cooler enhance the entertainment elements all located on forward wall.

The Hargrave signature "country kitchen" style galley features a forward U-shaped dinette and center island. White Silestone covers the ample counter space. A central island is perfect for food prep, while surrounding counters are ideal for display. Professional style stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, stovetop, oven and microwave, and a Fisher/Paykel dishwasher. Porcelanosa flooring and glass tile backsplashhas been added here. The entrance into the galley takes you past a staircase up to the raised pilothouse, as well as a conveniently located day head. The Galley is fitted with a 32” Samsung TV.

This raised pilothouse model gives the captain two Stidd helm chairs from which to navigate. Found just below the large windshield, the electronics console features brand name equipment that any professional captain will feel at comfortable with. Behind the helm chairs is a table and bench seat for guest observation.

Wraparound cushioned seating is found both to starboard and port, with built in tables. A bar is centered behind the helm area with a trio of barstools for additional seating. This bar features Silestone counters, a sink, icemaker, and storage. A barbeque and sun pad aft completes the space. The forward helm has two Stidd chairs. There are two 48” Samsung TVs located on either side of the hardtop supports. The flybridge offers complete navigation and helm area. The flybridge is accessed via the pilothouse through a sliding hatch on port side forward.

Below deck, the master stateroom is the epitome of luxury. Featuring a king size bed on center with a 56” Samsung TV which pops up at the end of the bed. Storage is found in cabinets doubling as display counters, as well as his and her walk-in closets. The his and hers en-suite head which shower on center is basked in marble both on the counters and floors. This stateroom was completely reworked during the refit. All fixtures in the heads were replaced and built-in furnishings were redesigned and custom built.

The queen berth is centrally located and set beneath a large sliding Sonji have port lights behind them. Guests appreciate the extra storage found in several drawers and a large hanging closet. An en-suite head has a full shower and plenty of counter space. Fitted with a complete entertainment system.

The guest stateroom features twin berths, which can be converted to a full berth, a hanging closet, en-suite head and a full entertainment system. Whether traveling with young children or an additional couple, this stateroom is designed for both.

Located forward of the galley are the private crew quarters. The Captain’s Cabin has a double berth. An additional upper and lower berth cabin is located forward to star board, there is a shared head for both cabins, each have 19” TVs.

One of the few Cockpit Motoryachts built by Hargrave, she offers a large storage area underneath the sole. The Lazarette includes a workbench and tool area. To port is a large day head with shower to service this area. Teak decking was replaced during the refit.

Features an amazing work shop/dive/tackle center to starboard. To port is a completed day head with shower. Perfect for warming up in a fresh shower after a dive.
