Accommodations and Walkthrough

When boarding you can either board from the stern via a large fixed swim step into the cockpit, or port or starboard side gates. The cockpit features center line live bait well, additional storage, entrance to engine room to starboard and to port a ladder up to the boat deck, aft helm station and flybridge. You enter the salon from the cockpit through a large sliding glass door or port and starboard wing doors. The saloon features large viewing windows, a U-shaped couch, high low table to starboard with two occasional chairs to port. The TV and entertainment center is aft.

The teak interior wood is in excellent condition and is featured throughout the yacht. Up several steps is the open gourmet galley to starboard and more than ample storage and bar area to port. Up one step is the raised pilot house with port and starboard wing doors and steps up that access the flybridge. The pilothouse features a center line helm chair and stool seating to port. There is a large raised bench seating with table. Moving out either wing door and walking forward is the Portuguese bridge with additional storage and seating area. Moving forward to the bow is the cable anchoring system. From the pilothouse and upstairs is access to the flybridge central line helm station and large guest seating area. Aft is the tender and davit, wet bar and additional storage and stern helm station.

The owner’s quarters are accessed down a stairwell opposite the galley. The master stateroom is mid-ship and features a center line Queen Bed, port lights, two large cedar lined closets, built in dressers and ensuite head with bath tub and shower. Moving forward and to port is the guest head and stall shower, opposite is a guest stateroom with lower a double berth and cross over single berth. Forward is the third stateroom with upper lower berths plus third single berth and ensuite head with shower.

Offered for sale for the first time. Her knowledgeable owner had her custom built at Nordlund to an Ed Monk design with the thought in mind to cruise her long distance with ease and comfort. She carries 1900 gallons of fuel and at 10 knots has a 1500 mile range. She is powered by twin Detroit’s 8V92 Naturals. She has a cable anchoring system and a rarely found Portuguese bridge. She has a beautiful teak interior and large viewing windows in the salon. There are walk around side decks and teak cockpit for entertaining, fishing and easy access to the water. She has always been well maintained and needs to be inspected to appreciate her open feeling and fine condition. She is traditional, elegant and a true pleasure to be aboard.
