"Still Loafing" is a great example of the popular Carver Super Sport 42. Outfitted with Volvo twin diesel 370HP engines with IPS pod drives, with a joystick for docking and maneuvering, it's a breeze to handle even in tight quarters. Low hours (290), regular maintenance and boat house kept, this is a clean boat. Her hull and deck shines, and the teak decking in the cockpit is clean. No smells.

This is the 2 cabin version with two heads (split shower and head for the master cabin), with a lower helm and large flybridge with seating for up to 10.

She comes with lots of features, including:

Reverse cycle AC and Heating, with individual controls in the salon and cabins,

10kw Kohler generator,

Full array of electronics, including Raymarine 380 color chartplotters, autopilot, and an IBM laptop with navigation software and repeater screen on flybridge.

Large, inviting cockpit with teak decks, BBQ, shower, washdown pump, swim platform with electric davit (No tender included).

Boat House kept. (Boat house is available for sale separately. Located at Columbia River Yacht Club).

"By constructing an IPS boat, Carver has actually provided even more room for cruising families. With an impressive list of standard equipment, a warm cherry interior, and that wicked-cool ride, the 42 Super Sport just might provide a little on-the-water harmony for you and yours." - Power & Motoryacht Magazine

"An interior whose dimensions are easily among the largest in her class. The combined salon/galley/dinette of the Super Sport, with its cherry joinery and Ultraleather seating, offers room for nonstop entertaining." - Power Boat Guide

"Underway, the motors offer amazing grunt and seriously snappy acceleration. The lightly laden boat was powered by sterndrives. Two speeds were noted: 34.6kts at 3520rpm and 22.8kts at 3000rpm. So the cruise speed will be about 26kts at 3200rpm – fast by any measure. Fast and smooth in the rough water, quiet and smoke-free, and with speeds befitting bigger motors.- Boat Point
