HELLO DOLLY VII is a stock built 106' Westship motor yacht built by the Westport Shipyard. She has since been modified during a recent refit converting her from a raised pilothouse to a tri-deck motor yacht, updates include:
Converted the vessel from a raised pilothouse to a tri-deck motor yacht by removing the top deck raised pilothouse section and adding a pilothouse and sky lounge with an open flybridge and hardtop. This work was done by Roscioli with naval architecture and design by Murray and Associates. This allowed the addition of a larger utility and laundry room underneath the wheelhouse with a small crew cabin.
Other updates: Raised the foredeck bulwarks approximately 1', painted the entire exterior from the boot stripe up including fairing of the top deck conversion, pilothouse skylounge interior woodwork and furnishing by Roscioli, added a Sea Keeper Gyro stabilizer system for an anchor stabilization in the crew area eliminating the crew lounge, added (2) 900 gallon per day water makers, all new galley appliances, conducted a W5 on both main engines (approximately 7,300 original hours, 150 hours since W5), conducted a top end rebuilt on both generators, upgraded the hydraulic stabilizer head control, all new navigation electronics, all new exterior canvas cushions and coverings, all new exterior refrigerators, ice machines and (2) electric grills.
Forward on the main deck is a country kitchen with the galley aft. The dinette is a separated from the galley by a low Corian counter.
There are marble foyers port and starboard mid-ship. In the starboard side foyer, inboard is a double door into the laundry room with small cabin. Opposite the double door is a dogged and gasketed side deck door to the starboard side deck. Aft is a day head with marble counter top vanity, sink and toilet.
The portside marble foyer has a side deck door, stairs up to the wheelhouse and a curved stairway forward down to the master and guest area. Inboard aft is a second entrance into the laundry area with small cabin.
All the way aft on the main deck is the dining and salon area with the dining area forward. The dining area has a furnished wood table with removable section and seating for (8). The salon is aft, on the portside is a sunken granite bar with sink.
At the bottom of the guest companion way is a small marble guest foyer. Forward off this foyer through a pair of double doors is the master stateroom. The master stateroom has a king-size berth in a for and aft arrangement off the forward bulkhead.
All the way aft off the foyer are similar staterooms. One has (2) single berths; the other has a queen-size berth. Each cabin has a private head.
The pilothouse and sky lounge on the upper deck are accessed via a curved stairway from the portside entry foyer. Located all the way forward is the pilothouse and aft is the sky lounge.
The crew area is aft, entrance is through the transom door. Forward is the engine room door. On the starboard side is a crew cabin with (2) upper berths, a pair of port lights and a sink to port is the captain's cabin with double bunk.
Full beam, large windows, (2) large sofas with coffee table, ottoman, step-down bar with granite top, (4) barrel chairs, glass and bottle storage and Kitchen Aid icemaker.
Large windows port and starboard, Corian countertops, wood cabinets, vinyl flooring, Sub Zero two-door refrigerator/freezer with sea latches, Wolf 4-burner glass top induction cooktop, Viking microwave convection oven with vent and light, Wolf oven, Viking trash compactor, double sink with disposal unit and Miele dishwasher.
Double door entryway, king-size berth, (2) night stands, dressing table to starboard and built in chest of drawers to port, Sharp TV, Dynex DVD player, Sony tuner/tape/CD player, walk in closet, ensuite head with double head with granite counter tops, mirrored medicine cabinet, toilet and divided shower and Jacuzzi tub in the center.

Forward Guest Head
To starboard, Corian countertops, vanity with sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, enclosed shower, Whirlpool thin twin stacked washer/dryer.
Port Guest Stateroom
Double berth, Corian countertop dressing table with stool, hanging locker, Panasonic TV/VCR, Pioneer radio with CD player, opening port lights, ensuite head with Corian countertops, mirrored vanity, stall shower and head.
Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer, Danby top loading freezer, Singer berth to aft with storage cabinets and aft centerline is an enclosed shower.
Two upper berths, (2) port lights, sink, Insignia LED TV and forward is a small shower and head.
Captain's cabin with double bunk, port light, Dynex TV, Magnavox DVD player and radio with CD player. Aft is a private head with toilet, wash basin and shower.
Located all the way forward; single Stidd pedestal mount helm chair with stainless steel destroyer helm wheel, (3) panel reverse windshield forward with washer and wipers, fixed side windows, 12VDC and 24VDC distribution panels upholstered settee and rubber flooring.
