NEW LISTING!  – Neptunus yachts are known throughout the world for their high quality, elegance and great seakeeping qualities. They offer a spectacular alternative to the Sea Rays, Carvers and Meridians of the world. "Desiderata" is now being offered for sale by a fastidious New England yachtsman who has taken great care of her.  Impeccably maintained, she shows almost like new inside and out having been spared the harsh sun ravaging effects of the Florida environment. This spacious Neptunus 56 has been shrink wrapped every winter and used only for the short New England boating season, presenting an opportunity to buy a very high caliber motoryacht that looks like new but at a small fraction of replacement cost. The gelcoat holds an excellent lustre and the finely crafted cherry interior looks almost untouched.  She is seriously offered for sale by her caring owner who is moving up to a larger yacht. Call today to schedule a viewing as this beauty should not be missed!!

Vessel Walkthrough

Aft is a full beam hydraulic swim platform. Forward through a tubular SS trademark gate is the generously sized aft deck with dual access to the full side decks which lead to the foredeck sunpad as well as the foredeck. This aft deck area features a large aft settee (through which the lazarette and engine room is accessed) with large cherry dining table and room to easily accommodate 6-8 for al fresco dining. There is a sink/storage unit to starboard and a storage locker to port under the flybridge stairwell. The salon is entered though full height curved SS sliding doors allowing great light and flowing continuity of inside and outside space. Salon features a seamless integration of lower built in port and starboard leatherette seating, a slightly raised fully featured chef's galley to port with generous overhead and under counter storage and an L shaped leatherette dinette with cherry table further forward and also to port. Opposite the dinette is a fully equipped lower helm with excellent visibility. Opposite the galley and to starboard is a curved companionway down to the generous lower foyer from which the 3 staterooms are entered. Immediately to starboard in the foyer is an over/under washer and dryer. Opposite and to port is the master stateroom amidships with a 45 degree athwartship queen berth to maximize space utility. This stateroom features a semi walk-in closet to port, built in night tables, generous storage and a generously sized ensuite master forward with separate stall shower. Forward of the laundry area and to starboard is the side by side twin berth guest stateroom with hanging locker, under bed storage and easy access panel to lower helm wiring. Opposite and port is the day head/guest stateroom head also with separate stall shower. Forward is the queen berth VIP stateroom with vanity, hanging lockers, overhead port light /hatch and ensuite access to day head with separate stall shower. From the aft deck port side is a generously sized molded fiberglass stairway up to the large flybridge area. Aft and to starboard is a curved L-shaped seating area with pedestal cherry table. Forward on the starboard side is the fully featured upper helm with twin helm seats. Opposite and to port is a console featuring a fridge/freezer, electric grille and prep sink. Forward of this and the helm is the Neptunus trademark forward lounging area with full beam lounging cushions and backrest cushions for underway fun in the sun.
