"SOC" is a beautifully designed, engineered, finished and maintained 122' yacht from the noted Delta shipyard in Seattle, WA.

Her accommodations can be used as a three-stateroom plus office or a four-stateroom layout. The master stateroom and two guest cabins are below and forward on the main deck is the office or VIP (4th) stateroom.

She is elegantly furnished and the thoughtful use of the interior woods adds to the utilization of the various areas: The lower (accommodations deck) has joinery of light-hued "pickled" oak. The area of the roomy staterooms is thus further enhanced. The wood is complimented by the off-white Berber carpet and the warm garden colors of the curtains and bed coverings.

The main deck features elegant teak joinery. A custom dining table and the furniture of the main saloon compliment the overall richness of this area. Off-white Berber carpet offsets the warmth of the teak.

The sky lounge has ash joinery which yields a casual feel to this area, further enhanced by the vistas offered by the large windows. Again an off-white Berber carpet completes the area.

Walkthrough starting from the bow and going aft on the lower deck:

The Crew area is below forward accessed by stairs from the main deck galley. There are double staterooms with bunks and en-suite baths port and starboard forward. The captain's stateroom is next aft on port: a roomy cabin with a double bed and en-suite bath. The crew lounge is on starboard: a large L-shaped dinette serviced by the crew galley equipment.

The Guest Accommodations are accessed by an S-shaped stair down from the main saloon. The guest laundry is concealed in cupboards off the lower foyer.

Going aft on port the stateroom has twin beds (with headboards to the hull side) separated by a nightstand with nightstands outboard on either side. Built-in cabinets are on the interior bulkhead as are a writing desk/vanity and the entertainment system. A closet is aft.  The en-suite bath is forward: a large stall shower, Corian vanity and WC.

Aft on starboard the guest stateroom has a queen-sized bed (headboard to the hull side). Again the cabinetry of the interior bulkhead houses drawers, a writing desk/vanity and the entertainment system. A large closet and cupboard are aft.

The en-suite bath is forward: roomy stall shower, large Corian vanity and WC. Forward from the foyer is the master stateroom:  A king-sized bed is on center with headboard forward with nightstands outboard. His and hers baths are port and starboard forward, each with large enclosed showers, spacious Corian vanities and WC's. Naturally her bath is considerably larger. Aft, in the stateroom, the entertainment system is centrally located for easy viewing of the television. Large walk-in closets are also aft on port and starboard. There is a safe in "his" closet, but her closet is larger.

Note:  All closets are lined with aromatic cedar.

Main Deck

Forward is the 4th (VIP) stateroom or office. Currently it is configured for dual service. There is a comfortable sofa centered on the forward bulkhead with night stands (cabinetry) on either side, this

converts into a queen sized bed. On port is a large writing desk with various sized drawers. The entertainment system is in the cabinetry of the aft bulkhead as is further storage. The en-suite bath is aft on port: stall shower, Corian vanity and WC. There is a closet inside the entry.  Going aft in the companionway there is access through a door to the galley area which is on port.

Next aft is the day head inboard of the companionway and then the main entry outboard to starboard. The 1/4 turn stair up to the main helm and the skylounge is across from the entry.

The main saloon opens aft: the dining saloon is on port with seating for eight around the custom table. Considerable storage in buffets port and starboard and within the waist-high cabinetry aft, which separates the area from the saloon seating.

The saloon has a two place sofa forward and a large sofa outboard to port, these are fronted by a large coffee table (with ottomans under). Also there are side tables with lamps. On port are two upholstered chairs with a table between. Aft is an upholstered swivel chair. The entertainment system is concealed in cabinetry aft.

The saloon is complimented by the fully enclosed aft deck which is a comfortable "sun" room. Fully air conditioned (heated via reverse cycle) this room is always useable no matter how hot or cold it is outside. There are large L-shaped dinettes aft fronted by custom Hi-Lo table of highly varnished teak. Additional seating on comfortably cushioned Rattan chairs. A fully equipped wet bar services this area. Access to the swim platform is through a center door aft and down double teak stairs.

Bridge Deck: The pilothouse is forward, with the yacht comfortably controlled from a custom Stidd command chair. A raised L-shaped bench seat with a triangular table provides comfortable viewing of the operation.

Next, aft is the full-beam skylounge with a huge L-shaped sofa is across the front and down the port side; two comfortable upholstered chairs are aft with a table between. A fully-equipped wet bar is in the forward cabinetry and the entertainment system is concealed in cabinetry aft to starboard, the system is concealed in cabinetry aft to starboard.

Through a door out to the boat deck seating is a U-shaped dinette is on port and a BBQ grill and storage to starboard.  Upstairs to the flybridge, three custom Stidd command chairs are forward, built-in U-shaped seating is aft.  Perfectly maintained this yacht must be seen for full appreciation.
