90' Dover Motor Yacht SOLSTICE I was completed by Dover yachts in Canada in 2001, she underwent an extensive 1.5 million dollar refit in 2011 including major overhauls of main engines, a new hardtop on the flybridge and replacement of teak decking. The yacht SOLSTICE I can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 double cabins, and has a cherry wood interior and features oversize windows in the main salon plus a country kitchen.

SALON

M/Y SOLSTICE I boasts a warm contemporary interior of cherry wood with earthy tones and fine finishes, panoramic windows provide ample natural light. The salon and dining is an open plan with the lounge aft and the dining forward, a low island credenza creates an element of separation whilst still allowing a casual elegant ambiance. The lounge offers a full leather suite with large ottoman for ultimate relaxation, a flat screen TV ensures optimum entertainment. Forward of the lounge, the formal dining space is elegant with an impressive oval table, flanked by quality high back leather chairs. The china cabinet is located on the forward bulkhead.

DAY HEAD: located amidships starboard side forward of main foyer.

Forward is a large Country kitchen with black granite counter tops, double door stainless refrigerator, double stainless sink; full size oven and ceramic cooktop, new ice maker, and new wine cooler.

The dinette features a “U” shaped seating area with ample storage forward.

The yacht has 4 guest and owners cabins all doubles with ensuite heads/showers.

MASTER STATEROOM:  The master is located in the middle of the yacht for comfort both underway and on the hook. The berth is a centerline king design with full walk around to each side. His and her separate heads,  one with head/vanity/shower the second with head/vanity/Jacuzzi, offer space and privacy. The cabin offers separate hanging lockers, settee on the starboard side and vanity/desk on the port side, with an intercom/telephone system adjacent to a full screen TV/entertainment center with drawers under. The finish is in satin cherry and ultra-leather panels.

GUEST VIP: Entering amidships from the master companionway and situated adjacent to the Master Suite, this cabin has a queen berth with full head/shower/vanity, entertainment center, telephone/intercom system and is finished in satin cherry and ultra-leather.

GUEST VIP FORWARD: Entering from the forward companionway, this guest cabin offers a walk-around queen berth, full head/shower/vanity, entertainment center, telephone/intercom system and is finished in satin cherry and ultra-leather.

GUEST FORWARD: Located in the forepeak features a side -load double berth, hanging locker, drawers and an ensuite head/shower/vanity. The cabin is finished in cherry with a satin finish accented with ultra-leather, and has an entertainment center and an intercom/telephone system.


PILOTHOUSE

The raised pilot house is set up with a full watch bench for 4 with table and navigation center with full updated electronics from 2011.

BRIDGE

The bridge has a full fiberglass hardtop with ample head clearance for taller guests and friends. A full flybridge helm station with 2 companion seats, a service bar and a BBQ serving area.

The area aft of the flybridge has a davit and locations for 2 PWC's (not included) utilizing a fully hydraulic davit, Dover has pre-installed plumbing and electrical for a hot tub.

The covered aft deck has fixed lounge with a large rectangular shaped teak table and chairs, suitable for alfresco dining. Also on the aft deck there is a safety engine room access plus 2 wing control stations.

From the large aft platform is private entrance to the crew's quarters with accommodations for 3 or 4, galley, dinette and head/shower and full access to the engine room.

MECHANICAL

The MTU 12v2000 series engines are 1480 horsepower. They were delivered to the builder on Sept. 1, 2001. A total rebuild is reported at 4550 hours and current readings are about 5,900 total hours.

In May 2015 the boat was hauled at Bradford Marine, shafts, and propellers were inspected and new cutlass bearings installed the engine re-aligned.
