An excellent Tri Deck that has had continuous upgrades recent 5 year class inspection. Launched in 2001 and refitted in 2003.

 

DUMB LUCK offers fabulous exterior deck spaces with multi levels of entertaining spaces, her interior is open and light with abundant amount of natural light throughout the main deck and sky lounge, the interior joinery is of Maple and Lace wood accented by leather soft goods and custom glass tables. Forward offers a unique on deck split level owners suite and spa like amenities accessed via two spiral staircases. Galley is on the main deck to port with service bar, settee and table. The galley can be open to the saloon and/or closed for formal dining. Below deck are 4 guest cabins, all with ensuite head and showers, 2 separate entries allow for private cabin access. The VIP cabin features king size berth, guest cabin 1 has a queen berth, guest cabin 2 hastwo single berths that can convert to a queen berth and also a separate single berth Pullman, guest cabin 4 is currently used as a personal gym and has one Pullman berth for guest and/or staff.

 

The sky lounge is very open with large windows, allowing 360 degree views. The aft portion of the sky lounge is a perfect owners retreat /office or private entertainment center for guests, the sky lounge includes owners glass desk and leather sofas, and full bar with seating. Access to the boat deck is aft. Forward within the sky lounge is the bridge area with teak and holly sole, 2 leather Recaro seats, ship systems, monitors, instrumentation and navigation, access via two outboard doors to the Portuguese bridge area and seating, as well as wing stations. The Fly bridge offers unobstructed views of your surroundings and exclusive privacy for owners and guest, a custom teak bar is the focal point with 4 custom teak and stainless chairs, BBQ , refrigerator, icemaker and SS sink allow for easy entertainment. Forward is yet more lounge seating and teak tables for dining alfresco. Helm station is forward with full electronics and controls.

 

Crew area is finished in yacht quality mahogany joinery. The engine room access is forward through sliding door. DUMB LUCK has enjoyed an open check book owner with light use, based in the perfect climate of southern California for the last 7 years. She truly offers a unique opportunity that is fresh to the market place.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

LOWER DECK

 

Guest rooms are located fore and aft mid ships (2 forward and 2 aft). Each set of guest staterooms areas are designed with their own staircases and foyer for individual privacy. Each guest stateroom offers an ensuite bathroom and entertainment center. Also located within the 2 guest stateroom foyers is a laundry center.

MAIN DECK

 

The main deck offers an abundant amount of natural light via large windows port and starboard. Entry to the salon is via large glass doors aft and formal boarding is starboard at the yacht’s foyer. The main salon features maple joinery, light soft goods with leather sofas, a fabulous up to date (2014) entertainment system, forward and separated is dining for 6 at a custom leather wrapped stainless and glass dining table. From the salon and forward to starboard is the formal foyer, access to a day head and entry to the private on-deck owners suite. Forward and to port is a full service chef’s galley, ample refrigeration and freezer storage, granite counter tops, service station and dumb waiter to upper deck, forward and within the galley is a dinette and settee for 5 persons, to port is an access door for provisioning and crew. Large Cal Deck with Teak sole service bar, seating for 10 with custom teak table and removable chairs, this area also has removable Lexan enclosure and is air-conditioned.

 

 

 

SKY LOUNGE /BRIDGE DECK

 

Sky lounge access is via spiral staircase, this is another great owner and/or guest retreat with an abundant amount of natural light, 360 degree views, maple joinery, light soft goods, leather sofas and owner’s desk, and another great entertainment system. Forward is the bridge area with teak and holly sole captains’ desk, access to the Portuguese bridge with built in circular seating, wing stations are port and starboard.

 

Access to the boat deck is aft of the sky lounge and from the Cal deck by way of a staircase. The boat deck is also with teak sole. Built in seating is along the starboard side and aft with built in freezers forward to port. On the aft starboard side of the boat deck is another staircase that leads to the flybridge.

 

 

 

FLY BRIDGE

 

The fly bridge deck is separated into 2 areas. Superb views from this great entertaining area featuring a full custom teak bar with custom teak and stainless seating, BBQ and large settee (port and starboard) for relaxing with room for 10 dining alfresco. The fly bridge has plenty of storage in the settee lockers and fore and aft bulwarks. Furthest forward is Captain’s helm with navigation.
