WORKS & REFITS
Every year during the winter period we are servicing all our mechanics, equipment and cosmetics to be ready for the season.
- Main Engine annual services according to the service manual book
- Generator services according to the service manual book
- Quantum hydraulic. Last year we did 4000 hrs service on the system, including taking the fins and shafts out and changed all the bearings etc. 2 PTO and 1 electric pump have been fully serviced
This year we are servicing the Accumulator tanks for stabilisers by original service kit.
Other equipment under service are:
- Water makers (Sea Recovery)
-Grey water pumps and tanks,
- All the Fan coil units removed (15 of them) for general cleaning and visual checks
- Jets Toilet pumps annual service
- Toilets checks
- Crane-Capstan-Windlass servicing
- Cathelco main strainer anodes will be replaced
- All the anodes on hull under the sea level will be replaced
- Fuel Tanks and Fresh water tanks cleaning
-Bilges cleaning and painting
We have Awl Grip paint system on board and we are renewing some necessary places both on Hull (blue) and Superstructure this winter. (Touch up painting)
Just before the season, we will put 2-3 coats of Anti-fouling (International Micron 77)
We will change our Zodiac Tender cushions with the new ones
As we are Cayman Flag boat and under the Survey of RINA with SCV2, we are keeping all our LSA and fire-fighting equipment up to date
