The interior finishing is polished Italian briar walnut.

Interior Fittings

Floor coverings and washbasin tops counter-top. The floorings are covered with:

-           Varnished peak parquet is laid out in (4) guest cabins and lobby, stairs for access to main deck from cabin deck, main saloon, corridor and Owner cabin.

-           White marble with “giallo Siena” profile is installed in four guest’s bathrooms.

-           Lapis-lazuli, malachite marble, onyx with special marquetry on Owner’s bathrooms

-           Vinyl tiles type Ceramiflex MONDO in galley and crew quarters and cabins.

The washbasins are covered with:

-           all counter-top in galley is granite

-           bar tops are in granite

Lower Deck Arrangement

Located amidships, are Twin Centre Guest Cabins each having two symmetrical single beds and a wardrobe with drawers. The bathrooms each have a washbasin, a toilet and a separate shower.

Two VIP Cabins are located forward and afterward of the twin guest cabins. They have a queen size bed, a bathroom with two washbasins, a toilet, a bidet and a separate tub. The cabins are provided with adequate storage space, including space for hanging suits and dresses and storing shoes. TV and radio in each cabin.

Crew Quarters: The crew quarters are located at the forward end of the vessel and they are furnished as follows:

-           (2)  symmetrical  twin  cabins  with  superimposed  berths,  (2)  cupboards  each  for personal belongings, and (2) bathrooms with showers

-           (1) cabin with (2) superimposed berths, (2) cupboards for personal belongings and a shower

-           storage space for  clothes, shoes and  personal belongings are  recovered where possible.

Lazarette: Below aft an area for Stowage & davit. engineers cabin equipped with bathroom and shower. Watertight door to swim platform.

Main Deck Arrangement

Aft Deck: A double hot/cold water shower is installed next to the swimming platform. A rapid connection for fresh water fitting is installed at the fore end. Lateral corridor lighting from the ceiling where possible on the aft deck there is a table and seating area provided. Two stairways (port and starboard) lead to the upper deck. 

Saloon: Access to saloon throughout electric powered stainless steel sliding aft door. Inside are two sofas, one smoke tables and two armchairs. The curtain bays are as large as possible to give maximum natural lighting and enlarge the feeling of space.

The Dining Room is located forward of saloon and contains a wooden dining table seating for 12 people with suitable furniture for storage of dishes, etc.

The Main Deck Lobby is located on the starboard side of the main deck. The dining room/saloon is connected to the galley.

The Deck Day Toilet is located on the starboard side of the main entrance. A toilet and washbasin is provided.

Owner Cabin: The Master Stateroom, located forward of the lobby, and has a king-sized bed, a make-up table with chair and a small settee. To starboard there is a bathroom with Jacuzzi, toilet, washbasin and bidet. To port is a second bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. Furniture is Marble, Malachite, and Lapis Lazuli. On the forward part of the cabin there is a large dressing room. A safe with a key is concealed within this closet. At the entrance of this area is an owner’s private office with desk and a chair.

Upper Deck

Al Fresco Dining on the Aft upper deck with a big table in teak with chairs is provided together with teak deck chairs.

Forward is the Sky Lounge with one ½ circle sofa and two armchairs with one table, there is small cabinets on the side. On port side is a bar provided with sink, refrigerator and cabinets underneath.

The Captain’s Cabin is aft of the entrance from wheelhouse and features a double bed, one cabinet for clothes, one table with loose chair, bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower.

Wheelhouse:  The  wheelhouse  has  a  dashboard  containing  all  the  navigation,  communication instruments and the main engine commands and controls. Chart table on the starboard side of the wheel. A sofa is fitted on the back of the helmsman position.

Flying Bridge

A round shaped Jacuzzi bath is placed on the Fwd area with sun cushions on both sides. Two settees are positioned on each side including a small coffee table. An equipped bar is provided. It has a dining area with a table and a sofa with loose folding chairs. The side furniture contains storage space for crockery. An electric Bimini top is fitted for the dining area. On the aft area is a seat for a tender provided with 5.5 mt. (18 ft) length and wave runner with the davit.

Electrical System

Generating Sets - Two Northern Light marine diesel generator sets each M668 TH 80 Kw/each – 50 Hz –

1500 rpm. 3 phase. A wet silencer type Vernay in fiberglass in the exhaust line. Complete sets are installed in sound shields.


Shore Electric Supply - A shore socket is positioned on the aft deck, provided with a 25 m cable with a

C.E.E. three phase 125 A 3P+N+T plug.



Shore Power Transformer - A three phase transformer and frequency converter 60 KW 3P/3+N+T Input 440

VAC frequency 45/65 Hz, Output 380 +N – VAC +/- 2% 50 Hz.


Mechanical & Engine Equipment

Engines – Electronic Remote Controls: An electronic command and control system for the (Twin) Deutz TBD 620U12 (2285 HP) engines for the bridge and two wing stations.


Bow-Thruster System Stabilizer System - The ship is equipped with stabilizer system FIN (1.12 sqm.) to achieve a good rolling control underway with control of angle, speed and acceleration of rolling. A Hydromarine bow-thruster is fitted to improve maneuver capability (thrust 7 kn 75 Hp. abt.) with control on fly bridge and wing-station.


Fuel Oil System - Alpha Laval purifier type MAB 103 900 lt/h is installed to clean fuel from storage tank to double bottom daily tanks. Each of the main engines and the generators are fitted with suitable Racor filters.


Lube Oil System - The lube oil for the main engines is stored in two tanks in the engine room with a capacity of approx. total 200 lt.


Inert Gas CO2 System - The engine room is installed with a fixed Minimax fire-fighting system, CO2 type.


Portable Fire Extinguishers - Portable powder and/or CO2 fire extinguishers are installed on board in each room.


Bilge Suction System and Chain Wash - The main bilge system is to consist of a manifold with suction from all the vessel’s watertight compartments. The chain washing system shall consist of a valve connected to the fire-fighting system with two nozzles inside the hawse pipes.


Fresh Water System - One electric hydrophor with two electric pumps 380 V. 3 and a 100 lt. pressure tank for fresh water supply. Hot water is supplied by two electric boilers of 200 lt. each located as near as possible to the users.


Ventilation Accommodation - All toilets and crew mess are connected to central ducting system with exhaust fans. Air ducting system with a complete air handling unit will maintain a fresh air supply of minimum 25 m. /3 hour per person.


Air Conditioning and Heating System - The system is supplied by Il Frigorifero and main unit Frigit by Cadenasso. The system is centralized with an internal heat exchanger, cooled by seawater. The total capacity of the system is 180.000 BTU according to the interior volumes.

Deck & Safety Equipment

Anchor Windlasses and Capstans - Two Professional electric anchor windlasses type Sanguineti. Supplied by 390 V. 3 phase 50 Hz with 5 Kw electric motors. Two Professional electric capstan type Sanguineti on the main deck at stern. Supplied by 380 V. 3 phase 50 Hz with 3 Kw electric motors.

Anchor and Chain - Two Poolankers hot galvanized anchors of 220 Kgs. with 2 x 150 mt calibrated hot galvanized chains

Gangway - A stainless steel, teak sliding heavy duty operated retractable gangway passarelle MOR design is fitted at the transom receding into the upper part of the engine room. The gangway is controlled locally or with radio control. The length of the gangway is 5 mt.

Side Folding Ladder - An electro-hydraulic side-folding ladder MOR design is installed in a pocket on the right side of the bulwark. It is careened and flush-mounted when closed.

Swimming Platform - On the stern is a swimming platform forming an integral fix part of the transom. The platform is teak planking covered, completed with a removable and folding stainless steel ladder. Hot and cold-water shower is provided on each side. There is a hydraulic driven folding door is provided for the access to the lazzarette.

Teak - Teak Deck: The main deck, the upper deck and flying bridge are planked with best grade teak, 12 mm.

Propellers - The propellers are made of Nibral. They are 5 blade propellers, high-skewed with anti-sinking edge. The propellers are oil pressure coupled to the shaft.

Life Rafts and Safety Equipment – x3 Ten Person Life Rafts (Cylindrical) & one Ten Persons (Square) in fiberglass container is supplied and installed on deck with quick release system and hydrostatic Eurovinil safety hooks. Two lifesaving rings are installed with flashes and radio.

Tania T” is equipped with all necessary safety systems required by Lloyd’s including Firewater system, CO2 system, life rings and collision bulkhead etc.
