 Fully air conditioned and very comfortable belowdecks.

The main salon features two comfortable settees port and starboard separated by a folding teak dining table.

The Port settee easily converts to a double berth .  Both settees are outfitted with lee clothes.

Brass clock and Brass Barometer. Fans located throughout the boat.

Teak and holly cabin soles are throughout the boat.

Blue fabric upholstery is in good conditon.

Ventilation:  There are 4 opening ports and 1 large overhead hatch in the main salon.  The Vee berth has 1 opening port and 1 large overhead hatch.  The aft stateroom has 1 Large overhead hatch and numerous opening ports.

Both heads are well ventilated and feature opening ports / hatches .

 There are two staterooms.  The Vee berth guest stateroom with guest head and shower. Hanging clothes locker as well as drawer space is provided.  A big overhead deck hatch and opening side ports allow for excellent air flow when at anchor.

The aft owners stateroom with ensuite head and shower is accessed from the cockpit and has an athwartships bed, hanging locker and drawer space.  Numerous opening ports and an overhead deck hatch help to keep everything well ventilated.


Engine /Mechanical Equipment

 The engine room can be easily accessed.  From the aft stateroom the stuffing box, air conditioning system and through hulls (new in 2011) can be quickly accessed and any work performed.  The engine area also houses the hot water heater.

The bilges are dry and clean. 


 The Galley is located to port as you enter to salon.  U shaped with good counter space, propane stove with oven with wood cutting board , stainless steel sink and pressure water.  There is a top loading refrigeration system along with  drawer and storage compartments.  There are two sinks as well as raw water and pressure fresh water systems for washing dishes.

Sails and Rigging

 Sloop rigged.  Battened mainsail, Furling Jib sail.  Stainless wire standing rigging. Keel stepped mast. 

Additional equipment includes a spinnaker pole, fittings for an inner forestay.  Line guards on the lower standing rigging.  Blue mainsail cover, Profurl Genoa furling,
