Accommodations

The Valiant 40, a Bob Perry design, is a blue water boat with two staterooms, one head, huge galley, comfortable salon, loads of storage as well as wonderful access to all systems. Starting in the forward V stateroom, there are two berths or a double with the filler cushion, side shelves, ash ceilings, bureau, a cedar-lined hanging locker and ample storage underneath. The enclosed head is to port with a standard marine toilet, shower, vanity with stainless steel sink with hot & cold pressure water. The main salon is traditional with port and starboard settees both of which have new cushions and new white microfiber upholstery. There is a new headliner in the salon. Outboard of the settess are custom enclosed lockers with rattan faces for a great appearance as well as ventilation. Next aft to starboard is a forward facing Nav station and chart table with storage outboard and below. Opposite on the port side is the famous Valiant galley with ample space and a  propane stove and oven. Just aft of the bulkhead, also to port,  is the aft stateroom with large double berth a hanging locker, drawers and a dressing seat. It is a great cabin that offers a comfortable berth , in port or at sea. Aft of the nav station to starboard are three large hanging lockers. The companionway stairs lift and remove easily for access to the walk-in engine room.

The interior is solid teak which is rarely seen in new construction.
