·         It has longitudinal and transversal reinforcements in high-density foam sandwich which are laminated and integrated into the hull to form an extremely hard-wearing and suitably flexible structure.

·         The bulkheads are made of marine grade plywood, glued together into a single piece and laminated to the hull using GRP.

·         In this way they are incorporated into the hull, forming part of its structure.

·         The exterior of the hull is gel-coated directly on to the mould and the external stripes are painted after with two pack polyurethane paint.

·         The deck is also laminated to the top of all the bulkheads.
