Company History
Joan and Owen Maxwell set out to reinvent the center console boat and did so with humble beginnings out of an empty grocery store in Edenton, North Carolina.
A couple of years later, the duo and its team moved the location to a factory in the same city – its current location. By 1999, the high-performance line of center consoles grew to include the 21, 23, and 32. The company was successful for many years, and in 2015, they entered the larger boat market with its Regulator 41, and about five years later, reinvented the center console yet again with the introduction of its XO series.
